1. SMS Marketing Program Overview
AnyReach provides SMS notifications to subscribers who have expressly opted in to receive messages. Our SMS program includes:
- Product updates and feature announcements
- Service notifications and system status alerts
- Tips for optimizing AI agent performance
- Promotional offers and special events
All SMS communications are sent in full compliance with:
- The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- The CAN-SPAM Act
- Carrier requirements
- Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy
2. Consent Methods and Documentation
AnyReach obtains and documents express written consent through the following methods:
2.1 Web Form Opt-In
Our web form includes the following required elements:
- Field for mobile phone number entry
- Unchecked checkbox that must be actively selected
- Explicit consent language including:
- Company identification ("AnyReach")
- Description of messages ("promotions, updates, and account notifications")
- Frequency disclosure ("Up to 4 msgs/month")
- Standard rate disclosure ("Msg & data rates may apply")
- Opt-out instructions ("Reply STOP to cancel anytime")
- Links to Terms and Privacy Policy
Consent Language Example:
"I agree to receive SMS text messages from AnyReach about promotions, updates, and account notifications. (Up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel anytime. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.)"
Records Maintained:
- Timestamp of consent
- IP address
- Phone number provided
- User agent information
- Copy of disclosure version shown
- Unique consent identifier
- Screenshot of form as seen by user
2.2 Keyword Opt-In
Users can text "JOIN" to our designated number to subscribe. Upon receipt:
- Automated response with full disclosure is sent immediately
- Consent is recorded in our database
- Subscription is activated

2.3 Verbal Opt-In
For verbal opt-ins collected by our customer support team, the standard script is:
"Would you like to receive text message updates from AnyReach about our AI agent features and promotions? You'll receive approximately 4 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message."
3. Double Opt-In Process
For additional compliance protection, AnyReach implements a double opt-in process:
- Initial Consent: User provides phone number and agrees to terms via web form or keyword.
- Verification Message: System sends confirmation message requiring affirmative response.
- Confirmation: User replies "YES" to complete subscription.
4. Opt-Out Mechanisms
Users can text any of the following keywords to opt out immediately:
- STOP
- CANCEL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- END
- QUIT
Upon receipt of an opt-out keyword, we:
- Immediately stop all promotional messages
- Send a single confirmation message
- Update our database to mark the user as opted-out
- Maintain opt-out records indefinitely
5. Message Frequency and Content
5.1 Frequency
- Standard subscription: Up to 4 messages per month
- Service alerts: As needed for critical system notifications
- All frequency information is clearly disclosed during opt-in
5.2 Message Types
- Promotional: Special offers, new features, upgrades
- Informational: Product tips, best practices, industry news
- Transactional: Account alerts, service notifications
- Customer Service: Responses to customer-initiated inquiries
